Elise and Sam, Arlington Hall at Lee Park, Dallas
Dallas couple Sam and Elise desired an elegant wedding amongst those they love and found the historic Arlington Hall at Lee Park the perfect setting to host their affair. Overflowing florals, candlelit tables, and glittering golds and silvers coalesced with a palette of rich rum pink, peach, marsala and apricot to create a romantic and warm atmosphere. With the park’s 15 acres of lush grounds and a main venue strikingly grand yet home-like, Emily Clarke Events enhanced the beautiful setting for an all-around unforgettable day.
Sam and Elise chose the outdoor Allman Pavilion for their ceremony and said their vows under its impressive wrought-iron dome and brick columns. With the masculine strength of the structure softened by the feminine florals created by Branching Out Events, the elements formed a lovely representation of man and woman joining together forever.
After the ceremony, guests strolled along garden paths to the reception with seating available outside on the Porch Terrace and throughout the mansion’s richly-furnished rooms, allowing guests to comfortably enjoy the company, food, conversation and laughter. The Lee Terrace served as an outdoor bar area, and Arlington Hall’s Great Hall showcased the band and dance floor.
A stunning band backdrop of gold laser-cut leaves mimicked the leaves of the event’s floral arrangements and harkened thoughts of autumn’s welcome approach. Additional laser-cut leaves in white and silver adorned the bar backdrop and white leaf hanging lanterns, tying all the design elements together for a mesmerizing, glamorous effect.
